So sorry for my overall absence this month.
It has been a tad crazy!
Yesterday was so hectic moving in, I can't even tell you! Today I spent exploring my neighborhood a bit, it's so cute here! And it was absolutely beautiful outside, well compared to Buffalo anyway.
Tomorrow will be my first day on campus for New Student Orientation and all that. Should be interesting watching me attempt to use the subway. I'm actually planning on trying it out within the next hour or so, meeting Mr. Manivong for coffee.
Oh and I know this sounds completely random, but my lips have been super dry lately and I'm sure that the cold weather is the culprit! Anywho, I found this fantastic lip moisturizer. It's TRANSpHUSE LIP pHIXATIVE by Erno Laszlo and I'm somewhat obsessed with it right now. It makes my lips all tingly mmm... I normally use this coco butter stuff, but I've not been able to find it anywhere (what is up w/ that?), so this has literally been a life saver for me.
Oh and did I mention it also makes your limps plumper? Yeah I kinda love this.
You should definitely check it out whenever you need to get some new lip moisturizer.
Yeah... other than that just need to get my stuff organized.
Alright off to attempt the subway, wish me luck!

How exciting. I know the subway can be kind of confusing, thank goodness I had the wondeful Dream Sequins give me some pointers. I am directionally challenged, so I am sure you will do better than me.

Have fun exploring! Yeahh, I still don't know my way around the subways over there. When Bec and I need to get somewhere when we're back east, we always ask our dad for which subways to take and he writes out directions for us :) Hope your first day went well!! xo, Mel
